Windlass Dual Direction Solenoid, Control Box for Windlass Motors up to 3000W, 2 or 4 motor terminals
Our reversing solenoids allow for dual directional operation of all windlasses, drum winches and capstans. It is used in conjunction with up/down switches, deck foot switches, wireless switch, and chain counters to switch the motor in the required direction. Hiniu reversing solenoids are designed to withstand harsh marine environments and are rated for 3 million cycles, much longer than typical solenoids. Hiniu reversing solenoids are available in different voltages (12V or 24V) and poles (2, 3, or 4) to suit. Please refer to the selection table below to find the specific solenoid for your model.
The casing of the solenoid is waterproof, however installation in a dry area is always recommended.
Note: Double direction solenoids must be used where reverse direction motor rotation is necessary.
