International Orders

International orders cannot be processed through our shopping cart online, as yet. To place an international order, please contact our customer service team to obtain a quote including shipping.

The price is non-inclusive of local tax, vat, import fees or other shipment clearance costs which may apply. Any charges applied upon import are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by the customer. If items are returned to us uncleared, re-importation and shipping costs will be debited from any refund due. The same applies if the shipment is also returned due to incorrect shipping details provided. Hiniumarine.com is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.

We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. BOX addresses. A valid physical street address is required to process your order.

Carrier Delays

All carriers are experiencing delays, and deliveries may take longer than expected. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide updates or information on your shipment once it leaves our facility. If you require further assistance, please contact the carrier with tracking number provided on order receipt.

Hiniumarine.com is NOT liable for lost or delayed orders, stolen packages, or items damaged in transit. Contact the carrier to submit a claim using tracking number provided on order receipt.

We do not ship on holidays, Saturday, or Sunday.

All orders are processed as they are received. We make every effort to ship same day when the order is received before 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some products require testing, so please allow for additional time before shipping.

The item I received is not what I expected. How do I return it ?

If you change your mind about the product you have purchased you can return it within 14 days without specifying the reasons. You will be responsible for shipping costs and you can return the item the way the most suits you.

I have received a damaged or defective product, what should I do?

If you receive a defective and never used item, contact us via email for assistance: info@hiniumarine.com. Please indicate order number and a full and detailed description of the issue. Once we have verified your claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our own expenses.

I entered the item or address wrong in my order, what to do?

We do not have the possibility to modify the items place in the orders by our customers, we can cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped, the paypal or credit card payment commissions will not be refunded, the 3% commission will be retained from the refund of the your payment. As regards orders paid with cash on delivery or bank transfer, it is possible to change the shipping address (if the goods have not yet been shipped) with a communication to: info@hiniumarine.com. For orders paid with Paypal or Credit Card it is not possible to change the shipping address.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical wearhouse address after confirmation via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
