Refund and Returns Policy
Hiniu wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help you.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Hiniu Marine for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund and the product must be received by Hiniu Marine within 45 days of the date of purchase.
Eligibility:
1. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Return Process:
1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day window. You can reach us via email.
2. Provide your order details and reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
3. Once your return request is approved, it is your responsibility to organise return shipping or in some cases, arrange a pickup.
Refunds:
1. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
2. Shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
3. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Orders, Cut Chain, Electrical parts, and other replacement components.Â
- Clearance or sale items (unless they are defective). All Parts Sales are Final. No Returns.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the abovementioned return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
- Products must be received by Hiniu Marine within 45 days of the purchase date or a 25% Re-Stocking Fee will apply.
- Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
- You are responsible for, and must prepay, all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Hiniu Marine. We recommend purchasing INSURANCE for your return to cover the purchase price or value of the item.
- A restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price of the product will be charged for returns received after 45 days from original date of purchase.
- A restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price of the product will be charged for product(s) ordered by error.
- Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of Hiniu Marine’s receipt of Product.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with our customer support team immediately.
Provide detailed information and, if possible, attach photos of the damaged or defective item.
We will assist you in arranging a return or exchange and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above eligibility criteria.
